1. Acceptance of Terms

By creating an account or using Football IQ, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

2. Description of Service

Football IQ is an AI-powered platform that analyses football and soccer video footage to provide technique assessments, performance scoring, and personalised training recommendations. The service includes video upload and in-app recording, AI-generated analysis reports, progress tracking, an AI coaching chat assistant, and community features.

3. User Responsibilities

• Provide accurate and complete account information, including your real name, position, and skill level.
• Upload only videos you own or have permission to share. Do not upload copyrighted, illegal, or inappropriate content.
• Do not use the service to harass, abuse, or harm other users, or to violate any laws.
• Do not attempt to reverse-engineer, scrape, or disrupt the platform or its AI systems.
• You are solely responsible for the content you upload and share.

4. Subscriptions and Billing

• Plans: Football IQ offers Free, Pro (monthly and yearly), and Legend (lifetime) subscription plans. Prices are displayed at checkout and may change with notice.
• Auto-renewal: Monthly and yearly subscriptions automatically renew at the end of each billing cycle unless cancelled before the renewal date. You can cancel anytime from your account settings.
• Cancellation: You may cancel your subscription at any time. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period — you retain access until then.
• Payments: Payments are processed securely by Stripe and PayPal. Football IQ does not store your card details.

5. Refund Policy

Refunds are assessed in accordance with the Australian Consumer Law (ACL). If a service fails to meet a guarantee under the ACL, you may be entitled to a remedy. For subscription cancellations, contact us within 14 days of your renewal date for a pro-rata assessment. Lifetime purchases are non-refundable after 30 days from purchase. This policy does not limit any rights you have under the ACL.

6. Limitation of Liability

Football IQ's AI analysis is provided for training and informational purposes only. It does not constitute professional coaching advice, medical advice, or a guarantee of performance improvement. The AI may produce inaccurate or incomplete assessments. You should not rely solely on AI feedback for important decisions about your health, training, or career. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Football IQ is not liable for any injury, loss, or damage arising from your use of the service or reliance on AI-generated content.

7. Account Termination

You may delete your account at any time from your settings. Football IQ reserves the right to suspend or terminate your account if you breach these Terms, misuse the platform, or engage in conduct harmful to other users or the service.

8. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Australia. Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of the service will be resolved in the courts of Australia.
